Where is Chalky in ZZZ?
“Take a picture of the cat, Chalky, next to the arcade.”
Chalky is located on the sidewalk beside the Godfinger arcade on Sixth Street. The cat is facing Howl’s Newsstand and Officer Mewmew, and is sitting next to a trash can. If Chalky isn’t there, try coming back in the Morning or Afternoon.
The requirement is satisfied as soon as you click the capture button on your camera, no need to save the photo.

Where is Foamy in ZZZ?

Foamy is on top of the big pipes in between the Godfinger arcade and 141 Convenience Store on Sixth Street. If Foamy is nowhere to be found, come back to the area in the Morning or Afternoon. Take a picture of the cat and mark this quest done.
Where is Cookie in ZZZ?
“Take a picture of the cat, Cookie, next to the noodle shop.”
You can find Cookie sitting atop one of the tricycles in between Random Play and Waterfall Soup on Sixth Street. Again, if you can’t find the cat, try coming back in the Morning or Afternoon.
