Most ofReacherseason 3 was shot in and around Brantford, Ontario, Canada. However, the cast and crew ofReachertraveled about an hour and a half away from Brantford to film the scenes which are set at Beck’s mansion.All the scenes set at Beck’s mansion inReacherseason 3 were filmed at a property called Escarpment House, which is in Caledon, Ontario, about 40 minutes outside of Toronto.

After Reacher season 3’s major villain twist, I cannot help but notice how the Amazon Prime Video show’s new villains seem a little too familiar.
Escarpment House is a beautiful property that is exclusively available to be rented to members of a golf club. Escarpment House offers an ideal getaway for golfers, since there are two world-renowned golf courses on the property. Escarpment House is not at all near an ocean, butsince Beck’s house is meant to be on the coast of Maine, the shots of the sprawling sea and crashing waves behind the estate inReacherseason 3 had to be added in post-production.

Even thoughReacherseason 1 was set in the fictional small town of Margrave, Georgia and season 2 was set in and around New York, every season of the Prime Video series has been filmed in Canada. Therefore, it is not surprising that a beautiful property in Ontario, Canada was found for Beck’s mansion inReacherseason 3. Compared to season 2’s big cities and even season 1’s small town,Reacherseason 3 being set mostly at Beck’s mansion makes it feel much more secluded.
In season 3, Reacher has to be much more sneaky than he has been in past seasons.
This is actually a good thing, as it makes Reacher’s undercover mission much more nerve-racking. In season 3,Reacher has to be much more sneaky than he has been in past seasons, which is a refreshing change for the show. Furthermore, since the property is so sprawling and beautiful, I have not yet gotten tired of looking at Beck’s estate inReacherseason 3.
