Episode 4 reveals that Lila was resurrected through the Thinking Machine, Anirul, whileepisode 5 showcases Desmond Hart’s rise to power.

Did Desmond Hart Find Mikaela’s Link To The Sisterhood With The Hidden Clothing?
That and the fact she tried to kill him are quite telling
DuringDune: Prophecyepisode 5, Desmond Hart and his newly acquired Sardaukar infiltrate Mikaela’s club on Salusa Secundas, which has been flagged as a smuggling hotbed and an established meetup spot for insurgent activity. Desmond arrives just as Keiran Atreides is with Mikaela at the club on the basement floor below, planting explosives.Kerian must have known that Desmond would be coming to see Mikaelaafter he had made a pit stop to invite him on his hunt for insurgents. Desmond was unaware, however, that Kerian was a key part of the resistance along with the Fremen Mikaela.
After the explosives go off, Desmond miraculously survives, which later convinces Natalya that he truly was chosen by Shai-Hulud to lead the Imperium. Before the bombs go off, Desmond finds a black gown that looks an awful lot like it belongs to a member of the Sisterhood. It’s also revealed inDune: ProphecythatMikaela is in fact a part of the Sisterhood so it’s a near-certainty that the black dress belongs to her. Desmond is quite perceptive and should be able to piece together that Mikaela, who tried to kill him along with Keiran, is actually a covert member of the Sisterhood.
Why Mikaela Needs To Hide Her True Identity

Mikaela’s true identity will likely be included in Desmond’s plan to take down the entire Sisterhood in the upcoming finale. Interestingly, Mikaela hid the truth about her Bene Gesserit membership with Keiran and the rest of the rebels, whichplaces a massive question mark on her character heading into the final episode. Like Sister Jen, Mikaela has a mind of her own and is not afraid to speak out to the Harkonnen Sisters when she disagrees or disapproves. This makes her a bit of a wildcard in the series, whose full allegiance and motivation have yet to be determined.
When Keiran confronts Mikaela about her dishonesty, she tells him that everyone has secrets and explains her belief in the Sisterhood’s grand vision. She tries to explain to Kerian that the Sisterhood wants what’s best for the Imperium and should be trusted. This is an obvious lie or blunt misrepresentation considering how the Harkonnen Sisters feel about House Atreides. Keiran Atreides doesn’t buy Mikaela’s explanation and promptly ends their friendship. It appears thatMikaela may have different reasons for concealing her true identity depending on the individual.
Is Mikaela Loyal To The Sisterhood Or The Fremen In Dune: Prophecy?
She appears to be playing both sides
As a Fremen from Arrakis, Mikaela likely has the Dune planet’s best interest at heart. As demonstrated in theDunefilms, the Fremen are a fiercely proud people who define themselves by their relationship with the Dune planet and their overall sense of honor. Sinceboth Desmond Hart and Mikaela essentially serve Shai-Hulud, Mikalea could turn out to be a sort of double agent within the Sisterhood. They are the only two characters who are from Arrakis and who arrived on the Imperial planet under false pretenses. It would be quite stunning if Demond and Mikaela were revealed to be working together in theDune: Prophecyfinale but there are enough potential clues that make it a viable option.
