The Duo Makes A Great Pair
Among the duos that formed in the2025One Chicagocrossoverare Stella Kidd and Adam Ruzek, who partner up after becoming trapped in an underground train.Kidd and her team were sent to evacuate the train’s passengers while Ruzek was following a leadas part of his role with theChicago P.D. The unfortunate circumstances leads to the two of them becoming trapped along with everyone else when the tunnel’s ceiling collapsed, as a result of the gas explosion.
With Ruzek’s police training, and Kidd’s minor medical knowledge thanks to her training with Firehouse 51, the two of them manage to keep everyone calm despite the growing dangers. With parts of the ceiling already collapsed, the surrounding foundation becomes incredibly unstable. Crossovers raise excitement for franchises and encourage detailed storytelling as characters from different career paths interact with each other and realize they share more similarities than expected.
