A favorite of Gus', this curry is notably served in a partially edible bowl made out of a hollowed-out pineapple, an extra step this cook was willing to take - although they said they wouldn’t bother next time. The curry appears hearty and well-seasoned, with a thick, red-brown sauce and lots of veggie chunks sticking out.
