Shrinkinghas been renewed for season 3 only one day after the season 2 premiere’s streaming debut. The Apple TV+ comedy series starring Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, and Jessica Williamshas been a critically acclaimed streaming hitas it follows therapist Jimmy Laird (Segel) telling his patients what he really thinks about their problems while dealing with his own struggles. The genuinely funny and heartfelt comedy’s success made the series seem poised to continue withShrinkingseason 3.

As revealed by Segel at theNew York Comic Conpanel whereScreen Rantwas in attendance,Apple TV+ has renewedShrinkingfor season 3, as the stories of Jimmy and his loved ones continue to unfold. Brett Goldstein, who co-created the series along with Segel and Bill Lawrence and has joined season 2 as a guest star, was part of the show’s NYCC panel where the renewal was announced.
