Though he is not critical to the story necessarily, he still has an outsized role in the film and is given some of the best and funniest lines. He also has a major part in the hit song, “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”, shaping into the titular black sheep of the family. It’s not easy to make a character come alive through voice-acting only, but Feliz nails it, giving Camilo warmth and personality, and also showing off some impressive singing chops.

The series, which depicts the rise of the legendary Batman villain, begins with the Penguin finding a stuttering, scared Victor trying to steal the rims off his car. Instead of killing the young man, he hires him, and Victor is suddenly brought into Cobb’s violent and chaotic world of crime.
It’s Feliz’s best performance and his ability to go toe to toe with Milioti and Farrell and not feel out of place suggests a real talent from the young actor. Victor goes through every emotion on his way to becoming Cobb’s number-one soldier. He’s regretful, fearful, sad, angry, and everything in between.Rhenzy Felizdoes this all while performing the character with a speech impediment that he manages to make feel completely true to the character rather than a gimmick.
