Recruit the NPC Danning into your Hideout by finding him randomly during the exploration of an Expedition map. After he joins you, talk to him to gain a Level 79 or above Logbook from the character necessary to activate the Realmgate.
Travel to a new realm and face a powerful Expeditions Pinnacle boss.
The Simulacrum
Combine 300 Simulacrum Splinters to create The Simulacrum area at the Realmgate.
Create a new map where you face 15 waves of Delirium enemies in a horde-mode Pinnacle boss fight.
Xesht, We That Are One
Combine 300 Breach Splinters to create a Breachstone that activates the Realmgate.
Travel to the Twisted Domain to face a powerful Breach Pinnacle boss.
As you can see, you need special items to activate the Realmgate to face any Pinnacle Boss. Whenever you get enough of the items needed to meet the Realmgate’s requirements, you can click on it to see four item slots used as offerings. Place whatever items you collected for a boss into these slots, then select the"Traverse"option to travel to the Pinnacle battlefield where your challenge awaits.
Unlike theTrials of Skhemas inPath of Exile 2, you do not have to participate in other endgame events to access Pinnacle Bosses. Once you meet the Realmgate’s requirements for a boss, you can challenge it immediately.
Only thestrongest endgame builds inPath of Exile 2can face some of the grueling battles offered by Pinnacle Bosses. Enduring the 15 waves of The Simulacrum or defeating someone like Xesht will take everything you have, so be prepared before traversing.
