WhilePokémonfans have had a taste of the open world throughout multiple titles over the years, a full-fledged MMO could be a huge boost to the franchise. Though a different title,Palworldmade waves for being so similar toPokémonyet so different in the sense that it introduced full open-world elements, building, crafting, and more. One can only wonder if the success of the very similar creature collector is the reason for the revival of the long-lost MMO known as either Rodeo or Synapse.

While none of these details are concrete and there is no evidence proving this title is still in active development, it would be very neat to take on the world ofPokémonas I remember it within an open-world MMO setting. As it seems that the main feature here is riding on Pokémon and attacking other creatures with Poke Balls, this could be a very cool mechanic that breathes new life into an already iconic and beloved franchise. The authenticity of these leaks will present itself over time, but for now, fans can revel in the thought of a newPokémonMMO making its way to the masses.
