However, in a surprising and interesting twist, the series has just revealed the names of the three most important characters who will be central to its narrative going forward. In chapter #16 ofBoruto: Two Blue Vortex, the scene switches to a flashback of Kashin Koji and Boruto talking in a cave aboutthe Prescience shinjutsu Kashin Koji just acquired. He explained how if more people knew of the future, they would alter their actions, and therefore the future that Kashin Koji saw, which would render his ability useless. However, some selected individuals are allowed to look into the future and influence it.
The Three Most Narratively Important Characters Have Been Revealed
Boruto, Kashin Koji, And Eida Take Center Stage
Kashin Koji revealed that there are certain people called Singularities who know of the future and can steer it to a good outcome. These people areBoruto, Kashin Koji, and Eida. To be a Singularity of Fate, one must possess knowledge of the future and the ability to guide it toward a positive timeline. This allows for the possibility of additional characters joining the three main ones, but for now, Boruto, Kashin Koji, and Eida represent the difference between achieving a favorable outcome and facingthe worst possible scenario.
While it is not surprising that Boruto is one of the Singularities of Fate, it was unexpected that Eida would also be one of them. Given the recent developments, it is highly likely that Daemon’s full power will be revealed before the series concludes.
