Michael Keaton’s tenure as Batman never saw him paired with a Robin or any of the other heroes he inspired;the art forEchoes#6 introduces the cinematic incarnations of Batgirl and Nightwing, and they are truly a sight to behold. Since DC’s firstBatman’ 89miniseries, Keaton’s Batman has beenpaired with a Robin named Drake Winston, based on Marlon Wayans’ casting in 1992’sBatman Returns,which unfortunately never came to fruition. The Barbara Gordon of this universe has a design that is said to be based on Winona Ryder, and has recently suited up as Batgirl.

Nightwing will finally be officially canonized into the Batman ‘89 Burtonverse, but with a twist that fuses his signature costume with Batman Beyond.
As the Scarecrow and Harley Quinn are plotting in the universe inspired by Tim Burton’s films, the three heroes will finally come together as a trio to take on the rogues. Since, he and Barbara make the perfect team for Michael Keaton’s iteration of the Caped Crusader. The 90s movies had their own different Batgirl and Robin in Joel Schumacher’sBatman & Robin, which isn’t canon to this series, which strictly follows the two films with Burton and Keaton’s involvement and delves deeper into that universe’s lore in comic form.

Though the spin-off is coming to an end, Quinones’ art shows that the universe still has so much lore to be further mined and explored in more DC Comics moving forward.
