After having survived a trip through the multiverse, Mark finds his next threat may be closer to home than he expected in theInvincibleseason 3 trailer. Based on Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley’s comic book series of the same name, the Prime Video show has followed the journey of Mark Grayson, son of the world’s most powerful superhero, as he himself gains powers and learns about the emotional turmoil that comes with the job, including learning his father to be an alien with a sinister plan for Earth.Invincibleseason 3 was confirmedafter the season 1 finale, with the release date set for July 10, 2025.
As part of the streamer’s CCXP panel,Prime Videohas released the officialInvincibleseason 3 trailer. The footage offers a very deep look at the various plot threads to come from the show’s next season, including Mark getting his blue supersuit, his work to train his younger brother Oliver, who wants to become Kid Omni-Man,while also showing Mark and Cecil’s conflicts turning into an all-out fight for the titular hero. Everything The Invincible Trailer Reveals About Season 3
Mark Isn’t The Only One Facing High-Stakes Events
While having been revealed in the first poster art for the season,Mark’s blue supersuitis arguably one of the biggest things to come from theInvincibleseason 3 trailer. Those familiar with the comics know that the suit’s introduction also brought with it Mark’s darkest era, as he no longer pulled his punches and actually killed people. The trailer certainly looks to deliver on some of this personality change, with the titular hero making a joke that the suit seems dark, but also seen getting physical with Cecil and stopping Darkwing from seemingly bringing Doc Seismic to justice after his latest Earth-shattering scheme.
Even beyond Mark, though, the rest of theseason 3 cast looks to be dealing with some high-stakes situations in the new episodes. For instance,Dupli-Kate, Black Samson and The Shapesmith can all be seen squaring off for a fight with The Immortal, a surprising turn of events considering Dupli-Kate and Immortal were seen reuniting in theInvincibleseason 2 finaleafter she faked her death. Additionally, Rex Splode can be seen fighting someone else with cloning abilities who dons a very similar supersuit to Dupli-Kate, though their exact identity remains unclear.

Invincible Season 3 Officially Fixes A Huge Mistake From Season 2
Invincible season 3’s first teaser trailer has finally been released, revealing the best change that the show is making after season 2.
The other major tease to come from theInvincibleseason 3 trailer is Allen the Alien’s ongoing efforts to convince Omni-Man to join his and Mark’s side in waging a war against the Viltrumite Empire.Nolan is still seen holding some guilt for disgracing his people, though Allen hopes to use this as the ultimate motivator. However, even as Nolan has gradually developed actual emotions for his son, the duo are still trapped in a Viltrumite prison, and therefore would still have to come up with an escape plan before they can rejoin Mark.

Our Take On The Invincible Season 3 Trailer
It May Give A Little Too Much Away For Mark’s Arc
As exciting as theInvincibleseason 3 trailer is, particularly the tease of Cecil seemingly turning on the titular hero out of the blue, I still can’t help but feel concerned that it gives a little too much away about Mark’s arc. He and Cecil have often been on opposing sides, and just based on how much he’s in his normal suit over his blue supersuit, it seems like the latter won’t be introduced until near the end of the season. WithInvincibleseason 4 already confirmedto be in the works, though, hopefully Kirkman and showrunner Simon Racioppa have more surprises than what the trailer points to.
The first three episodes ofInvincibleseason 3 premiere on Prime Video on Thursday, June 30, 2025, followed by new episodes every Thursday through March 13.
