Ghostscreators Laurence Rickard and Ben Willbond are teaming up with Netflix to developInCaseofEmergency, a new animated series inspired by other adult-oriented series. The duo developed the hit BBC comedyGhostswhich saw a couple inherit a run-down country home populated by various ghosts who have passed on the land that was later adapted by CBS. Alongside creating the show, Rickard and Willbond also starred in the series, with Rickard portraying Sir Humphrey Bone and Robin the Caveman, and Willbond playing The Captain.
With the UK version ofGhostshaving wrapped in 2023,Deadlinereports that Rickard and Willbond will work with Netflix on their next project.InCaseofEmergencycenters on a British hospital, and the many cases and misadventures the cast may face.
