To find the Secret Source Automaton, teleport to the Waypoint south of Teticpac Peak. If you head directly south, you will find a makeshift wooden bridge. Underneath is a giant hole in the ground that leads to the boss. Jump down and continue along the passage to the Waypoint before the boss arena.
How To Defeat The Secret Source Automaton

The Secret Source Automaton has three forms of attack. It will fire two rotating beams that slowly collapse and cause an explosion. Next, the boss will shoot three orbital barrages down that track to your character’s location. Finally, the Secret Source Automaton creates two pillars and charges a powerful attack. You must climb on top of each other and destroy the devices. This can only be done with specific Natlan characters. Since everyone got her for free,Kachina inGenshin Impactshould always be on your team for this phase. Xilonen is also able to climb these pillars with her skill.

To ensure the boss respawns quickly, teleport away a fair distance or return to the main menu.

Since players only have 200 Original Resin each day, there is a limited-time event that will help out. By completing theTribal Chronicles: Children of Echoesduring the first couple weeks of patch 5.1’s release, players will receive60 Primogems,nine Prithiva Topaz Fragments,six Gold-Incscribed Secret Source Cores,30 Brilliant Chrysanthemum,12 Warrior’s Metal Whistle, and15 Sentry’s Wooden Whistle. All of these are Xilonen’s Ascension materials. While this won’t be enough to get her to a high level, all these significantly reduce the gathering time. Players can gather the last three materials by exploring Natlan inGenshin Impact when your Original Resin is spent for the day.
