A Limited Experience
You begin in the city of New London, which has a population of two sets of communities and one varying faction. This depends on your decision during the prologue, resulting in the population that forms.Communitiesare groups of like-minded people that have one single Cornerstone or belief.Factionsare more like political partiesthat share three Cornerstones. To keep any Faction happy,you should sign laws or research topics related to their beliefs. As there are opposing groups, you may want to consider agreeing with their policies. Communities can typically be swayed into signing policies against their Cornerstone, but Factions are more difficult. This constant struggle for balance is a key component inFrostpunk 2that players must juggle throughout their playthrough.
