What The Avengers: Doomsday Art Means For The MCU
While time will tell which MCU veterans will be part oftheAvengers: Doomsdaycast, many audience members have made it clear that they want to see Olsen make her way back to the franchise as Scarlet Witch. Following the ending ofDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, her ending was met with a lot of mixed reactions, as the MCU seemingly killed her off. Olsen has been on record saying she wants to return as Scarlet Witch, andhaving her back inAvengers: Doomsdaywould only be fitting, given her role as one of the MCU’s biggest power players.
In fact, a recent development in Marvel Comics has suggested strongly thatthe MCU’s Scarlet Witch is actually still alive, which would make an appearance inAvengers: Doomsdayeven more possible. If the TVA ends up playing any role inAvengers: Doomsday,Marvel Studios has the perfect way to bring Wanda into The Multiverse Saga finale. If Doctor Doom were to even have her as an ally, that would raise the stakes even more for Phase 6, as this would be one of the most dangerous alliances in the entire franchise.
