From the Mr. Fusion reactor to the hover conversion, he seemingly builds everything in it from scratch and even adds new features to it. For instance, the new DeLorean has voice activation andcan travel through both space and time.

Its ability to travel through space shows that, unlike the DeLorean from the movies, it can appear in a different location from its point of origin. It can also pop off a blimp and has a rear video screen.
