TheArcanetrailer emphasizes thatJinx and Vi’s relationshipis forever shattered after her strike on the ruling council, it is clear that lines have been drawn, with Vi suiting up in a Piltover Enforcers uniform alongside Caitlyn and joining her newly formed squad. Furthermore, in the wake of Jinx’s attack, it can be assumed that Caitlyn’s mother wasn’t among any potential survivors, fueling her desire for vengeance. However, Jinx will not be alone, as, despite their difficult rivalry under Silco’s (Jason Spizak) leadership, it is clear Sevika (Amirah Vann) sees her as an ally in the coming conflict.

With many characters' fates unaddressed and other wild cards not yet explored, there may be plenty of twists in store.

However, it is harder to tell where certain character’s allegiances will fall, as, despite Ekko (Shannon Reed) and his Firefights taking a stand against Silco’s reign, he can be seen fighting Ambessa’s (Ellen Thomas) forces and working alongside both Vi and Heimdinger (Mick Wingert). Furthermore, Jayce (Kevin Alejandro), Mel (Toks Olagundoye), and Viktor’s (Harry Lloyd) fates have still been unrevealed followingArcaneseason 1’s ending, leaving it unclear where they will fall in season 2’s conflict.
