In September 2024, Loren decided to slam the critics who were body-shaming her children on Instagram. Loren shared a post featuring pictures of her and Alexei with Shai, 4, Asher, 3, and Ariel, 2. A troll replied to Loren on the post with a rude comment, “Those kids are getting so big,” before adding,“watch all the junk food.” The person added that fat is hard to lose and that Loren should keep her kids healthy because otherwise the children “might end up… a little chubby.” Loren took screenshots of the comments and posted them on her Stories.
